DAY 11 – FOREST

I’m not happy with this as a photograph for today and perhaps I
should push it further. And I did go for a walk rather than
attempt to shoot something indoors. I’ve clearly not pushed
myself 100% here and I love the forest so … well I kept to my
agreement and took my photo. Job done. I’m going to miss
this forest when I move eventually. I’m sure when I leave I’ll
regret not using it as much as I should.

DAY 10 – JOKER

I’ve been so excited to see this film for a good few months.
Firstly I love Joachin Phoenix ever since I saw him play Johnny Cash.
I love his intensity and the way he approaches his roles. And I love
comic book movies especially ones that are doing things different
and are perhaps a little darker than the norm. I knew it would be hard
to beat Heath Ledgers Joker but Phoenix was absolutely incredible.
The homage to Scorcese’s Taxi driver and The King of Comedy are
a little too much perhaps but for me that was all part of the fun. An
awesome film but even more so an incredible performance by
Phoenix. 9/10.

DAY 9 – SCHEMING

I’m on about my 5th Bullet Journal now in around 19 months and still
modifying things as I go to create the perfect custom journal notebook
for me. There’s something about scheming analog that really fires
up the creative juices whilst at the same time creating you being a
little less haphazard as you work. Check out the main Bullet Journal website
to kickstart yourself.

DAY 8 – MARMALADE

I friggin’ hated marmalade until a few months back and now I’m as
addicted as Paddington. Toast and Marmalade, day n night. Spice of life.

DAY 7 – SNACK

You can’t whack a microwave chocolate pancake when
ya doin’ your homework. YUM!

DAY 6 – PLUGGED IN

Caught this guy on the fly in South Woodford. I’d gone to visit my Barber
but he was AWOL. Snagged this on the overpass on the way back.

DAY 5 – FERRIS

Not sure if Louis is pulling a Ferris Bueller or not. He’s sick apparently. He doesn’t look to sick but it’s a day off school regardless. He’s a little rogue genius my son and is already cooking up lots of money making schemes for himself. He earnt more money than me this week. Sigh!

DAY 4 – GOLDEN CHILD

On route to Euston Station as we have to get Jesse back to Coventry and his Momma. Stopped off for a pee-break at St Pancras hotel and was gifted with this gorgeous spill of light thru the back windows. Needless to say we had to get our click.

DAY 3 – CAKES

Brownies. We’ve just put ’em in the oven on a huge baking tree that’s a tad to big for the whole operation. But we’re hoping. You can only hope. The kids are busy licking the bowl as I write this. I do love a cake mix and you can’t really go to far wrong with brownies apparently. Talk sport plays in the background, Liverpool have just cadged a penalty and have rescued their 100% record.

DAY 2 – CORNERED

Snagged this click of Jesse as we were leaving to pick up
Sophia from school. I cornered him with some sob story or other.
Jesse isn’t impressed. My kids have heard it all before and they
know it’s just me wanting another click. Still – art wins the day.
Needless to say Sophia wasn’t ready, decided she was going to
football class so me and Jess wandered to Waitrose to get some
goodies for our Friday night fun.

DAY I – ANGEL ON A TRAIN

This is my beautiful daughter Sophia lighting up the Central Line.
We were on route to pick up Jesse at Euston station and I took around 7-8 frames. The light on the overground part of the central line is always nice as it funnels in thru the windows on both sides of the train.
